Microsoft will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, May 6th from 9 p.m to 5 a.m. Central that may cause intermittent access to CDP’s web systems/applications (CTAS, FEMA SID, APIs, etc.). If you experience any issues outside this maintenance window please send a detailed email to [email protected].
FEMA EMI will be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 6:00 AM CT. Service is expected to be restored by 9:00 AM CT. However, this could run over. During this time Independent Study exams, Online Admissions, NETC Transportation, IMDA, STAR and the EMI Student Portal will not be available. Please contact FEMA EMI if you experience any issues outside of this maintenance window.

State Emergency Management Agency
The Emergency Management Training (EMT) curriculum delivered by SEMA offers an extensive array of training opportunities for State and local emergency managers, public officials, members of volunteer relief organizations, and professionals in related fields. The EMT program has proven itself to be a comprehensive and effective vehicle to train state and local officials in disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Jurisdictions across Missouri, can and do cope with disaster by preparing in advance through training activities and by using the skills learned to build local teams and coalitions that respond to emergencies.
